Yasla clarifies his stance on leaving Al-Ahli

German coach Matthias Jeisse’s future still dominates at Saudi club Al-Ahly, despite the great success he has achieved since taking over the technical charge, which recently crowned him with the elite AFC Champions League title for the second time in a row, thereby confirming his strong presence on the continental stage and strengthening his position on the continental stage.

After this historic achievement, press reports began to speak of interest from a number of European clubs in the German manager’s services, given his outstanding technical work with Al-Ahli, which returned the team to the top of the Asian competition and put his name on the list of coaches nominated to manage clubs outside the Saudi league.

For his part, Yasla commented on speculation about his future during a press conference ahead of the clash with Al-Taawan, which ended in Al-Ahly’s 2-1 win in the 32nd round of the Saudi Roshen League, where he was keen to put an end to the speculation.

The German coach explained that the rumors about his departure are not new for him, noting that he is used to dealing with such rumors during his coaching career, whether in the current or previous stations.

Yaisla emphasized that at the moment, his full focus is on working with the team and continuing to build on the success achieved, in addition to aiming for more titles and positive results with Al-Ahly in the next round.
