Judd Bellingham beat Argentine substitute Valentino and hit him in the back of the head. England lost the World Cup semi-final 2-1.
Barco, who did not play in the game, came on at half-time and was hugging his teammates in the Bellingham area when the England midfielder went and slapped him.
