And her last comeback, in the last over of the innings, ended one of Hampshire’s most prolific partnerships – a 28-ball 45 between Rhianna Southby and Nancy Harman as Coppack dismissed them both in the over.

Despite this, Hampshire produced a solid score, with every batsman getting a start and creating plenty of partnerships, but none helped set up a grand total.

Amanda-Jade Wellington and Poppy Tulloch’s partnership, 21 off the last seven balls, gave the hosts some momentum.
