The England striker was left on the bench in the win over Croatia
The English striker of Saudi Al-Ahly Ivan Toni continued his brilliance for the England team with a new hat-trick, although he has not played a single minute at the 2026 World Cup so far.
Yesterday, on Wednesday, in the first round of the group stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the English team defeated its counterpart Croatia with a score of 4-2.

The hat-trick became Toney’s second in a friendly for England at the World Cup, having scored the first in last week’s 6-0 win over American side Miami.
England are set to face Ghana in the second round of the World Cup group stage next Tuesday, where victory will guarantee them a place in the round of 32 regardless of how the finals end.
