Adidas has officially unveiled a new generation of individual trophies dedicated to the most famous stars of the 2026 World Cup, as the German brand presents a unified visual vision that intelligently blends the iconic historical nuances of its sporting heritage with the artistic demands of modernity to honor individual excellence at the highest levels of football.
The Ballon d’Or award, given to the most popular and creative player at the World Cup, is directly inspired by the geometric and dynamic lines of the TRIONDA, the official match ball used for this historic edition of the World Cup, where this creative pattern has been recreated in a luxurious trophy case.
Meanwhile, the Golden Boot award for the tournament’s top scorer has undergone a complete reinterpretation, embodying the unique design of the legendary Predator boot range, considered the most influential in football culture. Launched in 1982 as the Golden Boot, this award has become an updated symbol that embodies the meanings of control, precision and absolute scoring excellence in front of the net.
While the final look of the collection was the Golden Glove award for the best goalkeeper at the World Cup, which took the form of a bold plastic sculpture in the shape of a hand, expressing the pure artistry of a goalkeeper and immortalizing those fleeting seconds in which goalkeepers make the tactical difference between the posts.
