Wheelchair tennis has only been played at Wimbledon since 2005 for men’s doubles, and women’s doubles in 2009 and both singles sets in 2016.
Sweden’s Stefan Olsson’s two consecutive titles means he is the only player to win the men’s singles more than once.
British pair Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid share the record for most men’s doubles titles at six, always partnered together – making them the greatest wheelchair doubles team in Wimbledon history.
Both have one singles title each.
In the women’s singles category, Dutch player Diede de Groot dominated as the only player to win six titles.
Only one player who is not from the Netherlands has won the women’s wheelchair tennis singles title at Wimbledon – China’s Wang Xiang in 2025.
Dutch players have also dominated women’s doubles titles, with six players winning at least one title since 2009.
However, Britain’s Jordan Weir holds the personal record of five titles.
