None of the sisters feature on the list of single wildcards – although there is still one spot left.
Williams, 44, made her return to Queen’s last week after four years of playing the final match of her career at the 2022 US Open.
The 23-time Grand Slam singles champion, who has seven Wimbledon titles to her name, plays doubles with Karolina Muchova in Berlin this week and will continue her return to the Grand Slam stage with Venus at the All England Club.
Former British number one Dan Evans was not given a wildcard into the men’s singles main draw in what will be the final tournament of the 36-year-old’s career.
Wimbledon starts on Monday, June 29.
