Wimbledon 2026 results: GB’s Henry Patten and Finland’s Harry Heliovara reach semi-finals

Great Britain’s Henry Patten and Finnish team-mate Harry Heliovara pulled off another thrilling comeback win at Wimbledon to reach the semi-finals and maintain their men’s doubles title bid.

Top seeds Patten and Heliovara, champions at the All England Club in 2024, came from a set down for the second straight match to beat Argentine Guido Andreozzi and Frenchman Manuel Guinard 2-6 6-4 7-6 (10-6).

After winning their opener in straight sets, they needed a 10-point match tie-break to make it three rounds in a row.

Patten and Heliovara will continue their bid to regain the title against American Alexander Kovacevich and Australian Thanasi Kokkinakis.

They only joined forces in 2024 but grabbed the world number one ranking for the first time in June.

The pair started the year by winning their second major title at the Australian Open and will now look to reach a fourth Slam final.

Britain’s defending champions Julian Cash and Lloyd Glasspool will try to join Patten in the last four on Wednesday.

Cash and Glasspool, who in 2025 became the first all-British pair to win the men’s doubles title at Wimbledon for 89 years, face El Salvador’s Marcelo Arevalo and Croatia’s Mate Pavic.
