Ukraine’s ongoing strikes on oil refineries have led to an oil crisis in Russia.

Ukraine’s attack has disrupted a third of Russia’s oil refining capacity, according to independent analysts.

The same oil shortage has forced Moscow to extend oil export restrictions and ban sales in more than 40 regions and Crimea.

President Putin says the attack is not serious and insists the war will continue until his goals are achieved.

And Russia continues to attack Ukraine, including a major strike in Kyiv on Thursday.
