Who do Scotland fans want as the next head coach?

Tommy: I think Ange Postecoglou is a consideration but his recent record is bad. Whatever happens we have to accept it is not a quick fix. The players let us down big time.

took: Postecoglou would be the perfect fit. He gets the players to play with poise and confidence and can be pragmatic when needed.

Colin: Postecoglo. Let’s move the ball forward and put pressure on the team. It’s time to leave behind the ‘let’s keep it tough’ philosophy we’ve followed since the 1990s.

Gordon: Postecoglou, a serial winner who knows the Scottish game, has had great success as the Australian national coach and most of all knows how to get his players to score.

Activity D: Scotland should turn to Postecoglu. He has a CV of one World Cup and managing Scotland. His style will bring the team back on the front foot and he has charisma and authority.

Sign: No rush but I’d look at Postecoglou, Kasper Hulmund and Jurgen Klinsmann as an outsider. Whoever comes has a good job because we’ll be in the next Euros with us as a host nation a really good chance to get into the group for the first time.

Ewan: Need someone with Scottish football and international football experience – can we consider Roberto Martinez leaving Portugal?

Gavin: Given there are no outstanding Scottish candidates, I’d like to see someone like Thomas Frank. Comes as wise and intelligent with a strategic plan that suits our team.

Anonaskut: Pap is available.
