Saudi club Al-Hilal have agreed a £68.3 million deal to sign winger Crescencio Somerville from West Ham.
The Netherlands international, 24, has been offered a long-term deal and has been cleared to undergo a medical.
West Ham previously rejected an offer in the region of £40m for Summerville, who is also said to be a target for Aston Villa, but is expected to make a move to the Riyadh-based club.
It would be a significant loss for West Ham, who sold midfielder Mateus Fernandes to Tottenham for £85m last month but announced their other key attacker, Jarrod Bowen, would remain on a contract in the Championship.
The Hammers were relegated from the Premier League in May and were looking to raise funds by reducing their wage bill.
They opted to keep manager Nuno Espirito Santo on as they bid to secure promotion to the top flight during their 2026-27 campaign.
