Barca are looking to resolve Mercato’s files quickly
In the Spanish city of Barcelona today, on Wednesday evening, an important meeting took place between the famous Portuguese agent Jorge Mendes and the management of the Catalan club, in the framework of preparations to present the German Karim Adeyemi as a new player of “Blaugrana” tomorrow, Thursday.
A number of files related to the transfer market were discussed at the meeting, according to newspaper reporter Carlos Montfort “SPORTS” Catalan.

Montfort announced that Mendes had dinner with Deco, the sporting director of Barcelona, and Alejandro Echevarria, the adviser of club president Joan Laporta.
The match saw the future of midfielder Marc Casado discussed in addition to Portugal’s Joao Cancelo returning to Barcelona permanently after spending the second half of last season on loan at Camp Nou from Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal.
The report adds that Mendes also represents players Alejandro Balde and Hector Forte, but their futures do not require immediate decisions at this time.
Notably, Mendes also has a strong relationship with Real Madrid and was behind Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho’s deal to return to the Royals earlier this summer.
