Video: Felix shocks Hamdallah on the night of his absence and writes the story

Portugal’s Joao Félix, Al-Nasr star, achieved the feat in the Riyadh derby against Al-Shabaab after scoring a superb brace in Round 33 of the Roche Pro League on Thursday night.

Felix managed to become the author of a great double in the 3rd and 10th minutes of the first half, giving his team the lead in just 7 minutes, showing his great skill.

The first goal came from a fantastic strike in the penalty area, and the second from a stunning header that Al-Shabaab’s Brazilian goalkeeper Marcelo Grohe could not save.

Opta Football Statistics Network reported that Felix scored the second-fastest goal in Rushen League history between Al-Nasr and Al-Shabab in the derby after scoring in the second minute of the first-round match between the two teams.

The soccer statistics network also confirmed that Felix became the third player in the history of the professional league to score 30 or more goals in a season in his first season, after Moroccan Abdel Razak Hamdallah and Al-Nasr (43 contributions) in the 2018-2019 season.

He also surpassed Serbian Aleksandar Mitrovic, the former Al Hilal striker, who scored 33 goals in the 2023-2024 campaign.

Felix shone and followed in Hamdalla’s footsteps on the night of his absence from the derby, following a disciplinary decision by the club following a row with Belgian Yannick Carrasco.

Notably, Felix currently has 31 contributions in the Rushen League, where he has scored 19 and made 12.
