Saudi Arabia’s national team continues its serious preparations to begin its World Cup campaign with a match against Uruguay on Tuesday morning.

The Saudi Arabian team is in Group 8 alongside Spain, Uruguay and Cape Verde.

The Saudi Greens players received a big morale boost in the presence of Minister of Sports Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal during the Greens’ final training ahead of the game against Uruguay.

Al-Faisal tried to motivate the players of “Al-Akhdar” so that they appear strongly in the opening match of the Saudi Arabian selection of the World Cup.

The page of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Sports on the X website published some pictures from Al-Faisal’s visit, accompanied by the president of the Football Association, Yasser Al-Mashal, and the national team’s executive director, Fahd Al-Mufarraj.

X’s “Middle East – Sports” account also published a video of Saudi Arabia’s sports minister showing off his football skills.
