Real Madrid’s Brazilian star Vinicius Junior has appeared in a new and surprising form while on holiday in Italy, following Norway’s early exit from the World Cup in the Round of 16.

Celebrity hairstylist “Skarvad” posted pictures of Vinicius’ visit to his salon in Milan on his social media pages, revealing the stunning look of the Brazilian star, which surprised his followers.

It wasn’t the haircut that caught the eye, but the bushy beard the 26-year-old grew during his time off, a marked change from his usual appearance that fans are used to seeing on the pitch.

Vinicius left the World Cup as one of Brazil’s biggest stars, although his performance was not enough to save coach Carlo Ancelotti’s side from a surprise 1-2 defeat by Norway, an early exit that ended the Seleção’s hopes of a sixth title.

The Merengue star is set to return to training at Real Madrid in preparation for the resumption of the season after the Royals gave him time off to recover physically and mentally following the World Cup.
