A federal judge in the United States has refused to block a joint military parade from taking place at the White House, allowing the administration to go ahead with a ceremony planned for President Trump’s birthday on Sunday.

“In light of the suddenness of the request – and the fact that the date of the UFC fight was announced long ago – it is fair to say that the Defendants delayed bringing the case, and reduced their claim of injury,” wrote Mehta.
A fighting team has already been built in the White House, with the primary purpose of celebrating the 250th anniversary of this country’s independence in an event called the UFC. 250 rights.
The construction project drew a lawsuit from the non-profit organization Public Integrity Project, whose lawyers argued on behalf of the activist and a veteran of the US war in Vietnam that it could “harm” the installation of a 92-foot-tall (28 meter), 600-ton steel structure called The Claw on. He also said that there is an inappropriate relationship between the President and the organizations and people who will benefit from them.
“The President’s administration is giving the UFC an extraordinary business opportunity that cannot be legally granted, and in exchange the UFC is throwing an event where its management, fighters, promoters, and various celebrities will pay tribute to the President on his birthday,” the plaintiffs’ lawyers wrote.
Mehta said there were no concerns about aesthetic damage as The Claw will be removed and removed from Monday.
“The President’s decision regarding Claw’s settlement does not move him to call before the White House,” the judge wrote.
