Ukrainian drones hit a Moscow oil refinery for the second time this week as Russia fired missiles at Kyiv, as President Volodymyr Zelenskyy sought help from the United States and Europe to reach a ceasefire deal.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said on Thursday that its air defense shot down 555 Ukrainian drones in several areas overnight, and nearly 200 were intercepted as they approached the Russian capital.
