The newspaper and its colleagues were ordered to close down “in an action late on Sunday,” the Daily Monitor reported on the 20th.

In January’s high-profile controversy, General Kainerugaba sparked outrage and threatened to cut off Bobby’s vines in posts that have since been deleted.
