Tyson Fury with Marius Wach: Britain takes aim at today’s sports stars

Competition will be held on Friday It will not be broadcast live. And instead it will be featured as part of the third series of the Netflix documentary ‘At Home with the Furys’.

The planned Fury-Joshua fight has been more than ten years in the making, with contracts signed for the bout at the end of this year expected, although the venue has yet to be confirmed.

Wach has lost seven of his last 10 fights and looks impressive on paper, but Fury insists the veteran presents a tougher challenge than Joshua’s opponent in Albania’s Prenga.

“Let me tell you, Mariusz Wach, whoever he is, is going to throw his arm around Joshua’s opponent,” Fury said.

“This guy knocked out the spark, he’s a real fighter, we’re not interested in other people, this is my show.

“I’m not interested in what’s going on with Joshua or (Deontay) Wilder or (Olexander) Usyk or anybody. It’s about me and Marius, not anybody else.

“What happens after Friday is not my concern. What happens.”
