Typhoon Noul hits Southeast China | Flood water

A video shows the aftermath of Typhoon Noul after it devastated coastal areas in southern China with floods and strong winds. It is the third typhoon to hit China this month and the 12th this year, but the strongest so far. Heavy rain is expected to continue on Tuesday.
