Google Workspace is the modern trading system in the world, and it has improved over the years. That’s it setting up between Google DocsDrive, and Gmail, of course, but Google has supported its productivity and The introduction of AI through Gemini, and simplifying its offerings to work for all major companies up to individual users. If you want to get the best price, you need a Google Workspace promo code.
Fortunately, you’ve come to the right place. Google is offering a discount on Workspace until the end of 2026, allowing you to save up to 14 percent on the first three-month plan. You just need to use one of the coupons linked above. Google Workspace works for both individuals and businesses, but if you’re just looking for more Drive space and extras, check out Google One.
There are significant differences between each Workspace plan — I’ll dig into them in the next section — but all three plans come with access to all Workspace apps. You get Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and Meet, of course, but even the cheapest Starter plan includes access to other Google apps, like NotebookLM and Gemini within the Workspace suite.
If you want to save, be sure to click one of the promotional codes at the top of the page to secure your discount.
Google offers four different Workspace plans, though only three are suitable for most people. There are Starter, Standard, and Plus, as well as Enterprise, which is only available when you contact Google’s sales team. There is no minimum number of users for each plan, but the three options (Starter, Standard, and Plus) support up to 300 users. If you need more than this, you need the Enterprise plan.
Although you get access to all the software regardless of the plan you choose, there are important differences, especially between the Starter and Standard plans. Both include secure storage via Google Drive, but Starter comes with 30GB per user while Standard comes with a whopping 2TB per user. Also bump up to 5TB per user. On all plans, storage is in a shared pool, so each additional user increases the amount of storage your team can use.
Gemini is the main difference between Starter and Standard. While both have access to the Gemini app, Starter has Gemini in Gmail and Vids. Standard (and Plus) includes Gemini in the entire group, including in Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Meet, and Chat.
Starter is a great option for anyone just starting out, whether you’re a freelancer or a small business with a few employees. In addition to 30GB per user and limited access to Gemini, the Starter comes with a few other limitations. It does not support e-Docs signatures, or advanced Meet features, such as noise cancellation. Workspace’s bread and butter is all here. You get a custom domain in Gmail, up to 100 participants in Meet, and the entire Google suite of productivity apps.
Standard, as the name suggests, is a workspace, and is designed for teams that need space to grow. This is most noticeable in the storage space, jumping from 30GB to 2TB per user. Standard cuts out all the red tape on the Starter. There’s no limit on Gemini (it’s available to the whole group), Meet features like noise canceling are available, and you can host up to 150 people on a Meet call. Standard also comes with the added benefit of NotebookLM, Google’s AI-driven note and research tool, with a variety of chats and up to 20 audio views per day.
