Tom Holland says some of his films are ‘disgusting’ and people shouldn’t see them | Video

Spider-Man and Odyssey stars Tom Holland he says that some of his films are “dirty” and that people “shouldn’t” watch them.

Holland speaks on the Dish podcast and was interviewed by co-stars Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett about his experiences promoting his films. Holland replied: “When you watch movies that you’re proud of, it’s easy because when you ask why people should go see the movie, you don’t lie to anyone.”

He also said: “It’s happened to me before when people say, ‘Why should you see this movie? And in the back of your mind you’re like, ‘You shouldn’t. Because it’s bad.'”

It’s not clear which movies Holland is referring to, having starred in three of the most successful Spider-Man franchises, and the fourth, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which was recently released. Holland has also appeared in several films related to Peter Parker, including Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame and Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Outside of high-profile films, Holland has starred in them southern gothic noir The Devil Alwaysand Cherry, a relative of the Russo brothers and OF sci-fi Chaos Walking.

Holland currently stars as Odysseus’ son, Telemachus in Christopher Nolan’s blockbuster adaptation of Homer’s. The Odyssey. Commenting on the promotion of both The Odyssey and Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Holland said: “It looks like a success, to be honest.
