The White House says it will not prevent the removal of the Tate brothers from the UK Ridiculous Stories

Troubled social media figures have been deported from their country after UK authorities charged them with a series of sex-related offences.

United States President Donald Trump will not stop the United Kingdom extradition Andrew and Tristan Tate on sexual assault charges, a White House spokesman said.

The internet activists, who have created a career for themselves as self-proclaimed satirists, were arrested in Miami on Saturday after UK prosecutors announced new charges against them, including rape, sex trafficking and harassment.

The Tates have been a strong supporter of Trump and say they want to develop a relationship with his sons. Their far-right, masculine-looking brands, which are part of the “manosphere” on the Internet, helped boost support for the president among young people in the 2024 election season.

This has led to speculation that Trump may intervene to stop their removal. But White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt was coy when asked Thursday if that would happen.

“No,” he answered.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio also raised hopes that the government will take action.

“We have no role to play at this time or possibly in this matter,” he told reporters in the Philippines on Wednesday.

Prosecutors in the UK say the abuse of the brothers took place between 2010 and 2017.

The new charges against Andrew include seven counts of rape, three counts of organizing or facilitating the sale of people for sex, three counts of assault, and 19 counts of offenses related to indecent images of a child and pornography.

Tristan was charged with one count of rape, two counts of sexual assault and three counts of planning or facilitating the sale of sex.

Their lawyer, Joseph McBride, said the charges were “political”.

The brothers are also accused of child trafficking, child abuse, and money laundering in Romania. He moved to the US in 2025 when the claims went up.

In March 2025, the state of Florida in the United States also launched an investigation into siblings, although it is still unknown.
