Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nasr captain Cristiano Ronaldo surprised Al-Alami fans with a surprise appearance at the team’s training camp despite having spent the summer break before the start of the new season.
Ronaldo was given extra time off due to his participation in the finals of the last World Cup with Portugal, where he was eliminated from the competition after losing to Spain in the round of 16 (0-1).
According to Al-Nasri’s close friend Ali Al-Enezi, Ronaldo cut short his holiday to visit the Al-Nasri camp, where he held a long meeting with sporting director Simao and Australian coach Ange Postecoglou to discuss a number of team-related files.

Reports add that the Portuguese star left the camp after the match without taking part in training, a move that has raised many questions about the reasons for his sudden presence.
Ronaldo’s arrival comes at a crucial time as Al-Nasr continue their preparations for the new season under Postecoglou, coinciding with management’s moves to reshape the squad and sign new deals in the summer transfer window.
The Al-Nasr captain’s visit is seen as a message to confirm that he continues to monitor what is happening at the club and his desire to personally oversee the new artistic project given his ambitions to lead Al-Alam to strong performances in all competitions next season.
