The legend of Tunisia. Morocco was lucky not to qualify…

The legend of the Tunisian national team, Tariq Diab, praised the Moroccan national team’s progress to the quarter-finals of the 2026 World Cup.

Morocco sealed their place in the quarter-finals after a well-deserved 3-0 win over Canada, setting up a fiery game against France.

Diab added in a video on his user account of the “X” website. “Congratulations to the Moroccan officials, the king, the government and the people, because the Moroccan team did not arrive by chance, luck or chance.”

He continued. “Morocco’s qualification was not achieved by luck, but rather by years of hard work.”

Diab noted that “Morocco has spent a lot of money to create a special infrastructure for sports with proper planning and to operate training centers and stadiums at the highest level.”

He noted: “Morocco came out of the Arab and African environment and headed towards internationalism, playing to win the World Cup and competing with the greats like France and Argentina.”

He concluded. “We have seen the Moroccan team impose their style on their opponents in the current World Cup, and that happened in the matches between Brazil and Holland.”
