The first recorded confession of Henry Nowak’s killer has been revealed

During the conversation, the boys’ mother Kiran Kaur and father Moga Singh were in police custody.

Gurpreet and his father were arrested minutes after Digwa, followed by Kiran Kaur 90 minutes later.

The brothers discuss how their parents would cope and how they would feel if Digwa judged them.

“My mother used to make a lot of noise, it was my fault,” Digwa said.

Kiran Kaur has been charged with aiding a criminal after removing the murder weapon from the scene at Digwa’s request. She is due to be sentenced later this month.

“You and your father will be fine,” said Digwa.

Neither Gurpreet nor his father have faced charges in connection with the murder.

However, both Gurpreet and Vikrum Digwa and their father, Moga Singh, were charged with multiple weapons offences, on the same day that Henry Nowak was pronounced dead by paramedics.

They have all three. He pleaded not guilty to possession of a firearm.At the family home in St Denis Road, Southampton, a machete, a knuckleduster, flashing knives and 37 swords, in a private location.

Gurpreet Digwa pleaded not guilty to a further four charges of carrying a firearm in a public place in a Belmont Road car.

The three men are due to stand trial at Southampton Magistrates’ Court in September 2027.
