The convictions for the racist murders of Barry youths are set to go to the Court of Appeal.


Mr Justice Griffiths described Staniforth as a “very dangerous young man” for the 16-year-old, who “incited unprovoked, sustained, violent racist attacks” and said he was “old enough to know that it is wrong to cause serious harm to a stranger because of his race”.
