The Brazilian Federation issued an official statement regarding Neymar’s injury

released Today, Monday, the Brazilian Football Confederation issued an official statement regarding the condition of Neymar da Silva.Star of Santos and Samba team.

The Brazilian Federation said: “Neymar underwent an MRI today, Monday, and tests have shown a good improvement in his recovery, within expected standards.”

“Neymar will continue the rehabilitation process planned by the medical committee of the Brazilian national team.”

The coach of the Brazilian national team, Carlo Ancelotti, said earlier during the friendly match against Egypt. “Neymar’s situation looks clear and promising… He is doing great with a unique and individual rehabilitation program. He will have x-rays after the weekend and if all goes well, he will start training with the squad next week.”

Brazil’s federation announced earlier that Neymar will remain in New Jersey to continue his physical therapy program after sustaining a first degree injury to his left calf.

The Brazilian federation explained that Neymar’s stay in the United States would also help to intensify his physical rehabilitation program, instead of exhausting him by traveling to Cleveland and then returning.
