Bolivian police arrested protesters, and used tear gas in an attempt to disrupt the streets that were closed after 11 days of protests. Meetings related to the lack of oil, due to the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz, blocked the roads, even after the agreement on Friday between the opposition and the government.
