T-Mobile is supporting customers on its oldest plans

We are abandoning our old plans, some of which were built almost 15 years ago – in the era of 3G and 4G, and before our 5G network was fully deployed. Customers can upgrade to modern plans that offer access to America’s best wireless technology, improved features and a 5-year warranty for peace of mind. Some customers see no change in their monthly bill, while others see little change. Every customer who moves to a new plan will keep their benefits while getting the network and service upgrade.
