The news comes despite Jesus being linked with coaching a number of European and Brazilian clubs, in addition to the Portugal national team, who have no intention of extending Spain’s Roberto Martinez’s contract after the World Cup.

Saudi Arabia managed just two points at the World Cup in America, drawing with Uruguay and Cape Verde and losing 4-0 to Spain to finish bottom of Group E.
