Barcelona continue to focus on the market for young talent for the 2026 World Cup to strengthen their future project.
The last name that added to the list of goals of the sports department of “Barcelona” is the Australian defender Lucas Harrington, who is 18 years old and plays in the American club “Colorado Rapids”.
The newspaper reported.SportsBarcelona are following the performance of Harrington, who is 1.93 meters tall.
Barcelona met with the player’s entourage last April to explore the possibility of signing him, and so the matter is not just rumours, but genuine interest and close monitoring.
Some US media reported that “Barcelona” made an initial offer worth 10 million euros, but it was rejected.
He also added that the American club valued the Australian player at more than 20 million euros.
