Strong security presence in Mexico’s Sinaloa state amid cartel violence | Newsfeed

The security forces have increased their presence in some parts of Sinaloa in Mexico, setting up checkpoints as the Sinaloa Cartel’s fighting units to control. Despite the apparent deployment of troops, more than 3,000 people have been killed in almost two years.
