The Spanish team awaits the winner from Portugal and Croatia
The Spanish national team qualified for the quarter-finals of the 2026 World Cup after beating Austria (3-0) in the 32nd round at the Los Angeles Stadium on Thursday evening.
With this victory, the Spanish national team ended a long decade of knock-out stages, winning their first victory in the World Cup play-off games since defeating the Netherlands (1-0) in the 2010 World Cup final, when they won the only world title in their history.

The Matadors will play the winners of Portugal and Croatia in the round of 16 later on Friday morning, Arabic time.
