In the reel test, color quality and contrast were poor. The fog above the white mountain did not look different; the grass behind the fence must look green; The brown buffaloes that roamed the field did not look different. To test the contrast, I saw a photo that has dark trees in the foreground, but it’s very blended in the background.
Another thing that differentiates colors is that dark colors should look deep and rich, but the black color inside The Creator and Wake up on Netflix they all just looked so bored. None of the image modes supported, including XR Contrast Booster. In wake up, The main character is riding a bike at night, and you can see his face but not the background or the boy in the blue shirt.
The movie Hoppers on Disney+ sold me more on True RGB. (Though, to be fair, a clear film with vivid colors looks better on my iPhone 17 Pro.) The Bravia 7 Mark II’s low brightness and contrast provided it. Hoppers very artistic style. Project Praise Mary on the Fandango at Home show it seemed like a drag, and reminded me of a television show.
To test the Bravia 7 Mark II’s casting capabilities, I went for a walk Dune II using the HBO Max app. It worked well, unlike the Hisense UR9 Mini RGB, which was a little underwhelming. On YouTube TV, I tested several news broadcasts (which looked smooth and a little washed out) and several World Cup 2026 games (which had smooth and fluid motion, with vivid colors). Screensavers that show static images and graphics look very dark and distorted, especially when I look at images of shipwrecks.
To test the surround sound, I watched the video Unbreakable because that’s my final Dolby Atmos benchmark. When I connected Klipsch’s Nines II speakers to the television, airplane noises, explosions, and voices echoed throughout the room. The same battle using the same speakers was not so deep in terms of surround sound using the Hisense UR9 television. However, the built-in speakers on the Hisense UR9 are much better for surround sound than the Bravia 7 Mark II’s built-in speakers.

Like movies and TV shows, this type of game was no longer popular. I started playing at the Vietnam level 007 The Greatest Light on PC. The iconic scene, in which James Bond sails a boat on sun-kissed waters surrounded by rocky cliffs, was a mixed bag in terms of character. In the sunlight pouring in, the difference was striking and clear, but when Bond entered the dark area, the difference suddenly became apparent. The 120-Hz refresh rate was good, but not as crisp, responsive, and crisp as the Hisense UR9 Mini RGB.
