Snap posts don’t look good to everyone

New smart glasses they are perhaps the most impressive pieces of computer technology we have ever seen. They are not VR-themed; they do not have a large fund to pay; thanks to Snap’s years of developing AR glasses, they can have a lot of features out of the box. (Yes, they are $2,195, but that may just be what all this technology costs right now.) Imaging is well ahead of the competition.

And then… you see the pictures. Photos of Snap CEO Evan Spiegel wearing new Specswhile large and heavy stems are crushing in his ears. Photos of models and athletes wearing Specs, carefully hiding the obvious weight of these glasses. Does any technology matter if no one wants these glasses on their face?

There’s a lot we don’t know about Specs, including how they feel on our faces, but this part of The VergecastDavid and Nilay try to figure out if Specs has a chance to wear them.
