The European Tour visits Bratislava for the Slovak Darts Open with Michael van Gerwen, Gerwin Price, Gian van Veen and Stephen Bunting.
With 48 players vying for silverware in the Slovakian capital from June 19-21 at the ninth European Tour event in 2026, van Gerwen and his compatriot Jean van Veen will be among the star attractions.
The Dutch pair took the Netherlands to their first World Cup of Darts final since 2018 last weekend and Van Veen faced a resurgent Rob Cross to make the last 16.

Third seed Jonny Clayton opened his challenge against runner-up Ryan Joyce at last month’s Baltic Sea Darts Open.
Clayton’s fellow countryman Price faces a tough test on Saturday evening, with World Cup semi-finalist Cameron Menzies of Scotland awaiting the 10-time European Tour event winner.
Danny Knoppert will meet Mother’s Rajma in the second round, as Tyler Thorpe takes on seventh seed Chris Dobb.

Wesel Nijman – fresh from winning his seventh ranking title of 2026 on Tuesday – will play Slovenia’s Benjamin Pratnemar for a place on the final day.
German No. 1 Martin Schindler awaits European Tour debutant Tom Sykes on Saturday evening, with Australian No. 1 Damon Hetta in action against Austrian Darts Open runner-up Kevin Deitz.

The 2026 Betfred World Matchplay will be held at the iconic Winter Garden from 18-26 July, with a 32-player field competing for the prestigious Phil Taylor Trophy.
World No 1 Luke Littler will be eyeing back-to-back titles in Blackpool, set to star in the £1million event alongside 2024 champion Luke Humphries and three-time World Matchplay winner Michael van Gerwen.
