Siri AI Is Becoming Every Apple Device

Don’t want Siri to use your actions with a certain app? In your phone Favoritesgo to the Siri AI section and scroll down App Access. Then, select the program you want to change and change it Learn from this App On the left. “Let Siri learn how you use the app to make recommendations for all apps,” reads the beta version of the description for this update. This feature is enabled by default if Siri AI is enabled.

This modified Siri is baked into the phone’s search function. So, if you look down in the middle of the screen, Siri comes out and Search or Ask wound. You can write in the blank space or click the microphone icon to ask your question. When you hit enter, it usually sends a question to Siri for answers. For example, I wrote “What is the best way to get to Sacramento?” in Siri. It pulled up the Maps app with a pre-selected route. Not bad! If you want, you can click Show Results at the bottom of the search bar.

Onscreen Notification

In addition to the content on your screen, Siri can also provide information about what’s on your screen. This kind of intelligence was previously available as Siri’s “Visual Intelligence,” and it helps Siri feel more helpful no matter what you’re doing.

This makes it easy to double-check what I see on social media. For example, I look on Bluesky and see several posts about the singer Lorde criticizing Meta’s AI smart glassesbut I had never seen the source of this story. So, when one of the texts appeared on my screen, I asked Siri AI, “Where did you say this?” I didn’t have to specify who “he” was or what comment I was making; Siri pulled the notification from my screen. Then, Siri confirmed that this happened at a festival in Madrid and provided links where I could read more.

For Siri AI, seeing is believing. Well, maybe I can see what’s on your screen and what’s around you. Beyond the desktop experience, Apple has something new Secret tab in camera appalong with your standard photos and videos of choice. If you get it round button in between, Siri analyzes the photos and gives you a quick paragraph. Writing on message symbol on the left to upload an image to Siri is the option to add information to get more information. Writing on search for images a symbol on the right they browse the web for relevant links.

Everything, everywhere

Siri AI is more than that Apple smartphone assistant; it is part of the universal application. Siri is available on iPads and Macs, with built-in icons iPads it’s a shortcut to commitment Macs.
