The organization says the uniform combines the charity’s heritage with modern colors and prints.
The range consists of 30 garments, 15 accessories and necklaces – priced from £12 for a t-shirt.
Design features include hidden pockets on waistbands, thumb holes and badge-clipping crossbody bags.
This is the first time in 30 years that Girlguiding has updated its range at the same time.
Oswald said the region “is about giving girls the freedom to express themselves while being a part of our wonderful organization.”
Members are not required to purchase the new range immediately, the website explains, and can continue to wear the old uniform until they need a replacement.
A Girlguiding survey of 2,000 girls aged six to 16 in the UK found that 93% said they were most comfortable choosing how to dress themselves.
Girlguiding ambassador and presenter Angelica Bell said the new design “gives girls and volunteers the freedom to dress up however they see fit”.
“The new uniform empowers girls and volunteers to embrace individuality,” she added.
