Say hello to Claude Wrapped

The popularity of Spotify Wrapped has led to many reviews of the year, on apps from YouTube to Uber – and now, the spotlight has turned to AI. Anthropic on Thursday announced its “reflect” chatbot for Claude, allowing users to see an analysis of their usage over the past month, three months, six months, or a year.

Anthropic bills the dashboard as a way to “see your processes and shape them,” the company wrote in a statement blog post. It begins with an overview of the most important human topics that Claude introduced, as well as the types of work he provided and how they were used, including when they were used most. Users will also be able to set their own “quiet hours” or cancel reminders after a long period of time. (Anthropic also noted that an analysis of the total time spent using Claude, apparently indicating the number of hours spent, is coming soon.)

“It helps you to visualize how you use Claude, and decide if the time fits your goals… Surprisingly, when a user answers a question like this, the company says that the dashboard will give them “an opportunity to talk to Claude.”

Anthropic has spent a lot of money marketing itself as the company behind an “AI collaborator” that lets people think critically – there have been sales, signsand even real “thinking” cup. And Claude’s “reflect” section is similarly presented, where the company’s blog advises people to use it to “build AI skills that support your first thoughts.” The article will show examples of how you interact with Claude, “like realizing that you often rewrite emails in your own words, or delegate tasks when you can edit them yourself,” Anthropic wrote.

Anthropic said that the screenshot does not leave the files inside the connected devices or platforms (such as the actual emails in the connected email account), although the user Claude summarizes their email inbox can be seen. It will also not leave chats that were done in incognito or in any other way “conversations connected to the integrated health tool.” Regarding “sensitive topics,” which Anthropic did not elaborate on, the company wrote that “sensitive conversations can appear as part of your mind, but at a higher level.”

This feature, which is currently available in beta for free Claude users, as well as Pro and Max subscribers, will work for those who have forgotten their contacts, and is available through Settings on the web or on the Claude desktop app. The idea came from interviews with Claude users, Anthropic said, and the feature will return to Claude Cowork “soon.”
