Russo-Ukrainian War: Ukraine strikes at Sevastopol in Russian-occupied Crimea.

“We are not afraid of the lack of light. We have been through more than that, and now we will survive,” said Razvozaev in a telegram message to the public.

“The enemy is striking again, trying to deprive us of our normal living conditions and sow panic.”

He said an “extraordinary system” had been put in place at the power facilities and all emergency services were on high alert.

Residents of Sebastopol have been told to take energy-saving measures, including conserving cell phone battery by turning off screen brightness and turning off background applications.

Elderly people are also being urged to check on their neighbors throughout the day, with temperatures expected to reach 30C.

On Wednesday, drones targeted 48 operational and planned military positions, according to Robert Brovdi, commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces.

Sebastopol’s main power grid was damaged during the attack, he said.

Explosions were also heard in Bakhchisarai, Kerch, and near Mount Ai-Petri, where a battalion of the Radio Engineering Army of the Russian Aerospace Forces is stationed.
