“Basically, we stopped selling on Amazon, and that’s because I don’t do illegal things. I wouldn’t do something that would jeopardize the relationship we have with other sellers. But it also set the stage that, look, you’re not going to force me. That’s how we do business. And that’s how, over time, you build respect.”
