Luke Humphries will be aiming to defend his Premier League Darts title on Finals Night 2026 – but three more players will stand in his way on Thursday evening as the competition reaches its final stage.
Premier League Final Night takes place on Thursday 28 May at the O2 Arena in London, which you can watch live Sky Sports Main Events and Sky Sports Action from 7pm.
The O2 Arena will be transformed as thousands of darts fans descend on Humphries, Luke Littler, Jonny Clayton and Garwyn Price – the players who have finished in the top four of the Premier League table – crowned 2026 champions.
Three matches will decide who takes home the £275k grand prize, comprising two semi-finals and a final.
The final round is a longer format than the best-of-11 we see in the regular round, with each semi-final contested over 19 legs (first to 10) before the final which is best of 21 legs (first to 11).
Being first and second in the standings, Littler and Clayton will touch first in their semifinals.
The order of throwing in the final will then be determined by a bull-off in the practice room.
The prize fund for the whole competition is £1.25m.
The four semi-finalists are each guaranteed £110,000, with the runner-up claiming £170,000 and the winner £350,000.
There was also a weekly winner’s bonus of £10,000, pocketed on six occasions by Littler Sheffield, Clayton four times, Price twice and Humphries once to the title.

Nine-Darter: Set of 18-carat gold darts worth £30,000
Few have dominated the format, but none more so than Van Gerwen who has won on a record seven occasions.
‘The Green Machine’ won in 2013 and finished four in a row in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
He then went on to win in 2022 and 2023 as well, beating Price in the 2023 edition.
Of course, the most recent winner was Humphries, the year before Littler hit a nine-darter in his debut final.
Clayton, Glenn Durant, Raymond van Bernveld, Gary Anderson, Phil Taylor and James Wade have also won since the Premier League’s inception in 2005.
There have been a total of 21 nine-dart finishes in Premier League history with three coming on final night and, notably, five coming in the 2025 campaign.
The legendary Taylor famously bowled two of them in the same match when he beat Wade 10-8 in 2010 in arguably the best final ever.
‘The Power’ went 180, 180 and then 180, 180 for a moment of pure greatness to complete first by finishing T20, T17 and D18 before going the more traditional route, colliding with T20, T19 and D12.
The third was hit by ‘The Wizard’ Simon Whitlock in his semi-final victory over Andy Hamilton in 2012 as the Australian pinned the holy grail with 180, 180, T20, T15 and D18.
Then ‘The Nuke’ added himself to that list last year, with a T20, T19, D12 outing that added his name to an exemplary list.
The 2025 edition of the tournament was like no other when it came to the perfect foot, with Littler, Humphries, Price and Rob Cross finding perfection twice in Manchester and Aberdeen, while Josh Rock produced an incredible nine-dart finish on his debut in Belfast this year.
The Premier League is over D O2 Arena, London Table-topping Littler will play Humphries or Price in the first semi-final on Thursday 28 May and Clayton will face Humphries or Price in the race-to-10 leg and race to 11 in the final.
