Per Silver, the NBA lands a ‘3-2-1 lottery’ proposition

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver on Wednesday Stephen A. Smith confirmed on his radio show that the NBA has settled on a proposal to present to the league’s board of governors later this month to restructure the league’s draft lottery in an effort to prevent tanking.
