A war with Iran “is probably the most likely cause of America’s defeat,” argues Robert Pape, a political science professor at the University of Chicago.
Pape tells host Steve Clemons that the US is now trying to “exit” the consequences of the deal signed with Iran.
The deal has turned Israel into “a distant nuclear Sparta … and a more militarized country than it is today”, says Pape.
Like Iran, Ukraine is strategically using drones to its advantage, Pape adds, and Russia should cut ties soon because “it’s only going to get worse”.
