On a crucial night led by Ronaldo, Jesus pushes the strike force

Portugal’s Jorge Jesus, coach of Al-Nasr, has announced the formation of his official squad to face Damac in the 34th and final round of the Roshan Saudi Arabian Professional League on Thursday evening.

Al-Nasr are playing under the motto “There is no substitute for victory” amid a raging battle for the league title with Al-Hilal as Al-Alami look to end the season with an official crown and regain the title that has eluded them for years.

Al-Nasr lead the Roshen League table with 83 points, two points behind second-placed Al-Hilal, meaning a win for Al-Alami would give them the title outright, regardless of the result of Al-Hilal’s clash with Al-Fayha.

Goalkeeper: Pinto Mathews

Defensive line: Nawaf Buchel, Mohamed Simakan, Abdel-Ilah Al-Omari, Inigo Martinez.

Midfield: Ayman Yahya, Abdullah Al-Khaibari, Joao Felix.

Forwards: Cristiano Ronaldo, Kingsley Coman, Sadio Mane.

The set-up sees Jesus rely on attacking power from the outset, looking to settle the match early and avoid any surprises against Damac, who in turn come into the game under pressure to be relegated.
