This comes as Al-Ahli are close to completing another deal for midfielder Nayef Masoud, who will join from Al-Fateh.

Al-Ahli posted a video on its official account on the X social media platform, in which Trincao appears signing contracts and wearing Al-Raqi’s number 7 jersey.

Al-Raqi wrote on his account. “From the land of sailors… he came to the depths of diving history,” referring to joining the ranks of Al-Ahly.

Al-Raqi managed to complete the deal after a series of negotiations as he entered competition with several European clubs keen to sign the player.
