Official talks.. Mourinho opens the door to the Premier League for Arbeloa

Former Royals coach Alvaro Arbeloa is on the verge of a Premier League stint, according to a press release today, Thursday.

The English club is now negotiating with Alvaro Arbeloa to be its new coach next season.

As reported by The Athletic, “Fulham” held talks with Alvaro Arbeloa about the vacant position of technical director after the departure of Marco Silva.

The 43-year-old Spanish coach is available after leaving Real Madrid. He has met with Fulham officials to discuss his chance to coach the team.

Marco Silva has left Fulham after five successful seasons, replacing Jose Mourinho as Benfica’s head coach.

Meanwhile, Mourinho replaces Alvaro Arbeloa, who became the head coach of Real Madrid on January 12 instead of Xabi Alonso.

In the last season of the English Premier League, “Fulham” took the 11th position with 52 points.
