The coach of the Brazilian team, Carlo Ancelotti, spoke about how to extract the best abilities of Vinicius Junior during the World Cup.
“The responsibility that Vinicius Junior has with Brazil is very big,” Ancelotti said in an interview with The Guardian newspaper.
He continued. “This responsibility can become a burden on him. We have worked in Brazil to relieve some of this pressure on Vinicius so that he can play with joy and energy.”
“I see Vinicius as he is at Real Madrid, an amazing player and someone who can decide the game on his own.”
The Italian coach noted. “Vinicus will be important for Brazil at the World Cup, but should he be the first star? We don’t need one number.”
He concluded. “We can’t put everything on just one player. We have to think as a team because this is the only way to win the World Cup.”
Carlo Ancelotti will try to lead Brazil to win the World Cup title, which has been missing from the Samba coffers since 2002.
