After tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during the African Nations 2025, Moroccan player Hamza Ijamane has returned to the training center of his French club Lille.
Lille Club announced that Igaman has returned to the training center to begin the second phase of rehabilitation.
The Afrik-Foot website reported that Ejamani is following a gradual protocol under the supervision of Lille’s medical staff following a successful operation at the end of last January.
He explained that Igaman’s return seems only symbolic, as he is still undergoing treatment and will be far from returning to the field.
According to some estimates, especially those reported by the website Le Petit Lillois, Igaman’s return to competition will not be possible until next October.
As expected, in the current situation, no miracle is possible for Ijamane to capture the 2026 World Cup.
